Consult4Kids Launches New Webinar Series for PLs, SCs and MMs

You heard right! Consult4Kids is starting a new webinar series for Program Leaders* (PLs), Site Coordinators* (SCs) and Middle Managers* (MMs) starting Tuesday, July 17th, 2012. Webinars will be scheduled for every 3rd Tuesday of the month. A complete schedule with Webinar topics for each group will be available soon.

* Disclosure: Taking into consideration that not every afterschool programs call their staff by  the same title, here is an understanding of each C4K audience group:

-         Program Leader (PL): A PL is a frontline staff member who works directly with youth inside and outside of the classroom.

-         Site Coordinator (SC): A SC is a site supervisor who supervises frontline staff members and oversees site operations. This would be an equivalent of a principal.

-         Middle Management (MM): A MM is part of middle management, who supervises more than one site coordinator.
